Known History

Only the last hundred years are remembered by the denizens of Vol’Myr. Those years being filled by strife and war. Many nations and conglomerates were formed in those years. Now there are few places in the world without the influence of one of the nations.

The Divine

Even before the war, the Divine have always stood watching over Vol’Myr. The Divine are the predecessors of all races, which were created in their own image. Unlike in other tales, the Divine do mettle in the affairs of mortals. They choose champions and nations to fight in their stead, giving them gifts in the all-mighty magics they conquered and claimed as their own.
